Our Team
Campbell, Edgar's senior recruitment team is composed of successful
retail merchants who have a passion for and an in-depth knowledge of
the retail industry.
 The
Campbell, Edgar team is led by our founder, Elaine Hay, CPC, who is
a retail professional with over 30 years in the industry. With expertise
in many areas of store and regional management in addition to buying
and store directorship, Elaine recognized the need for a service that
allowed retail merchants to explore their career options, as well as
providing a viable solution for companies with ongoing frustrations
in finding and keeping top personnel.
Elaine began Campbell Edgar in 1993 with a clear understanding of
both issues, and a strong determination to improve the Canadian retail
